RICHLAND CO.— An Olney couple, already facing criminal charges for beating on one another, are now both charged with being illicit natural pharmaceutical (pot) dealers.
According to the information filed in the case, on or about May 22, Kenneth D., 57, and Teria K. Griesemer, 56, both of 3737 North Tucker Rd., Olney, committed the offense of Unlawful Production of Cannabis Sativa Plants 50-200 after authorities say they discovered their grow operation at their home.
Both were also charged with a single count of Unlawful Manufacture of Cannabis With Intent to Deliver.
Kenneth was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, after police say he knowingly possessed a weapon, identified as a Sterling .22 caliber handgun.
Teria also faces a single weapons charge (involving the Sterling .22 caliber handgun) of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm Without a Firearm Owner Identification Card.
Griesemer vs Griesemer
Teria Griesemer has a pending case from May 1 in which she is charged with Domestic Battery Causing Bodily Harm.
She posted $500 cash bond in that case on May 8.
It seems that Mr. Griesemer was also charged during the same May 1 spate of family dysfunction.
Kenneth was charged with Domestic Battery, Resisting a Peace Officer and Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.
Kenneth was released from police custody May 8 after posting a $2,000 cash bond.
Given their latest arrest, chances of either Griesemer ever seeing their domestic dispute bond money is fairly slim-to-none.
Teria was released from police custody May m 25 after a $4,000 cash bond was posted on her behalf by Gaye D. Griesemer, also of Olney.
Kenneth was released from police custody June 1 after a $7,500 cash bond was posted by an individual who can’t write a name legibly but who more clearly lives at 314 North Ludlow St., Olney.
