WHITE CO., Ill. - White County State's Attorney Denton Aud has announced that four individuals have been sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections out of his county as of today, Wednesday, March 7.

Brannon Randall

The first is a familiar name to Gallatin County, Brannon Randall, 39, whose address is currently listed as Ina...as in, Big Muddy Correctional in Ina, where he's been sitting since sentencing for the same thing he was charged with in White, but the county that got him hemmed up first in 2016 was Jefferson.

Randall was sentenced in White today to four years in IDOC on a Class 2 felony Unlawful Delivery of Meth charge in White. This sentence is to be followed by two years of parole. The case was investigated by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force. There's no indication that the White sentence will be served consecutively or concurrently with the JeffCo sentence.

Michael Steven Allen

Next was Michael Steven Allen, 36, of Carmi, who was sentenced in his Class 3 felony Meth Possession case. He received three years in IDOC, to be followed by a year of parole. White County Sheriff Doug Maier's department was the arresting agency in this case.

Miranda K. Fritchley, 21, of Albion, was sentenced in her Class 4 felony Obstruction of Justice charge. In exchange for her plea, she received 30 months in IDOC, to be followed by a year of parole. Fritchley had previously been placed on probation in the case; however, said Aud, her probation was revoked with the new sentence being entered today. Carmi Police Department was the original arresting agency.

And Kyle W. O'Neal, the 33-year-old Evansville man who took White County and other police agencies on a wild ride recently, was sentenced today as well.

O'Neal got two years on each of the following counts: Class 3 felony Possession of Meth, Class 4 felony Aggravated Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, and Class 4 felony Aggravated Assault. The sentence is to be followed by a year of parole. Aud said the sentences will run concurrently as they occurred at the same time.

Carmi Police was the arresting agency in O'Neal's case, with assistance from the White County Sheriff's Department and Grayville PD.
