CLAY CO., Ill. - After some excitement in recent weeks that resulted in a rather full set of sheriff's reports (and some significant material for the print versions), this one as brought to you today by Sheriff Andy Myers is rather brief.
On June 16, a Clay County Sheriff's deputy arrested Danielle Hubbell, 31, Clay City, for Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While Driver's License Suspended. She was given a notice to appear and was released.
Also on June 16, a Deputy arrested John Flanagan, 34, Fairfield, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond was set at $3,500 ($350 cash) plus $75 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
And on June 19, a Clay County deputy arrested David Coggin, 37, of Cahokia, on an outstanding Clay County Contempt warrant. Bond was set at $150 cash. He posted bond and was released.
