THREE BUSTED OVER WEEKEND

WHITE CO.— White County lawmen appear to have had a light criminal weekend over the holida.

As it stands, only three arrests have been reported.

They include a stolen phone, an outstanding warrant and a bad driver.

Stella M. Oxford, 35, of 401 West Webb St., Carmi, reported to authorities that on Sunday, May 28 at approximately 11:21 p.m., that her blue LG cellular phone had been stolen while she was at Pundrake’s convenience store in Carmi.

Arturo J. Aguilar, 34, of 5707 Regency Dr., Indianapolis, Ind., was taken into custody Friday, May 26, in connection with a April 2, 2015 case in which he was convicted of Unlawful Display of a Title.

Aguilar was later released from police custody after posting a $520 cash bond.

There's been no indication from law enforcement as to Aguilar's legal status in the country.

Tiffany L. Weidenburner, 33, of 301 Fifth St., Carmi, was taken into custody Friday, May 26 at 11:56 p.m. following a traffic stop while driving a grey 2004 Toyota Camry at Fackney Street and Eighth Street, Carmi.

Weidenburner was charged with Unlawful Display of Vehicle License and Operation of n Uninsured Motor vehicle.

She was later released after posting a $150 cash bond.
