CLAY CO., Ill. - Clay County Sheriff Andy Myers and his deputies were probably grateful for the light load this past week, May 19 through the 25th (today). Here's the report.
May 19, Andrew Robinson, 24, Sullivan, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
May 20, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Keith E. Haskins, 42, Louisville for Domestic Battery. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released on a later day.
May 24, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Lacey Rudy, 31, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $20,000.00 (10 percent). She posted bond and was released.
May 25, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Haley Beard, 24, Flora, for Violation of Probation on the original charges of Criminal Damage and Unlawful Possession of Methemphetamine Precursors. She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County awaiting the setting of bond.
