CLAY COUNTY: Disorderly, OP violations, FTAs in sheriff’s report

CLAY CO., Ill. - The Clay County Sheriff's report might be a short one, but a meaningful one for those who were rounded up for various reasons over the past week.

Sheriff Andy Myers reports the following:

April 5,  Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Dustin L. Johnson, 28, Louisville, for Disorderly Conduct. Bond set at $1,200.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.

April 5,  Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Reagan Erbacher, 23, Flora, for Violation of Order of Probation. Bond set at $60,000.00 (10 percent). He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.

April 5, Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Renee Pride, 33, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Felony Driving While Driver's License Suspended. Bond set at $4,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.

April 7, Amanda Wesselman, 37, Springfield, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver's License Suspended. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
