WABASH CO., Ill. - Information from Wabash County Sheriff Derek Morgan's office indicates that they are seeking the public's assistance in locating a former Mt. Carmel woman.
Shannon R. Risley, 37, is wanted on two Wabash County warrants, one for Theft, one for Failure to Appear.
Risley is also wanted out of Edwards County on a $10,000 cash bond for Meth Delivery.
Crimestoppers will pay a $200 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of Risley.
