WABASH CO.— A Bellmont man has been arrested AGAIN for exposing himself.
According to information filed in the case, on Wednesday, September 23, Mt. Carmel police were called to 2 Go’s gas station, located on North Walnut.
When officers arrived on scene they were informed that Street, 40, had exposed his penis and “started performing a sex act.”
Street was told to leave the store but lawmen caught up with him and took him into custody.
Street was booked into the county jail on a charge of Public Indecency/Lewd Exposure.
At the time of his arrest Street was out of jail on a $500 cash bond following an incident that took place four days prior.
On Sept. 19 he was taken into custody on a Wabash County warrant stemming from an incident in which Street was said to be nude in a public place in Bellmont.
Street’s criminal history includes a March 22, 2001 conviction for Possession of Stolen Vehicle and sentenced to probation for two years and ordered to pay $2,247 in fines and fees.
He was arrested December 2, 2001 and charged with Exploitation/Exposure of Organs.
That charge was ultimately dismissed.
Street was convicted of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol August 16, 2011 and sentenced to conditional discharge for two years and ordered to pay $1,568 in fines and fees.
A violation of the terms of his discharge was granted Dec. 17, 2012 and he was re-sentenced to conditional discharge for an additional two years.
No bond information was available in his most recent arrest.
