...we turn off 130 to the east, onto County Road 400 North at about 5:45 p.m., roll down a few yards, and see THIS:

What the hell IS that??? Who DID that?? Looks like someone came down our road, gouged it up, said "whoops, I didn't mean to gouge THAT side, let me gouge out the OTHER side; whoops, not right THERE, lemme back UP!"

It was hell getting through it; that's WATER standing in the middle, and it was largely frozen. VERY slippery.

And to top it off, there was another just up the way from it.
