March 21, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Shannon M. Lewis, 38, Louisville, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methemphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance (2 counts) and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond set at $100,000.00 (10 percent). She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
March 22, the Clay County Sheriff's Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 6:30 p.m. north of the intersection of U.S. Route 45 and N. State Road. Apparently Josh Schnepper, 29, Louisville, operating a 1999 Chevrolet Tracker was traveling south on U.S. Rt. stopped in traffic to make a turn and was struck by another southbound vehicle operated by Gene Keller, 64, Louisville. Keller was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Minor injuries reported.
March 23, Charles Hundley, 25, Noble, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Residential Burglary. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He appeared in Clay County court and was released.
March 26, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Jacob Frank, 32, Sailor Springs for Domestic Battery. He appeared in Clay County Court and bond was set in the amount of $12,000.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
March 26, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Kelby Simmons, 29, Effingham, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Domestic Battery. Bond set at $25,000.00 (10 percent). Simmons posted bond and was released.
March 26, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Layton Barnes, 23, Flora, for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Theft. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent). He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
March 28, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Gayla Glowacki, 54, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Retail Theft. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
March 28, a Clay County Sheriff's Deputy arrested Kenneth A. Mack, 45, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Violation of Order of Protection. Bond set at $20,000.00 (10 percent). Mack is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
