Traci J. Arrington

EDWARDS CO., Ill. - Edwards County State's Attorney Eric St. Ledger has announced the sentencing of a local woman today (Tuesday, August 22) in his courtroom.

St. Ledger said that Traci J. Arrington, 47, of Bone Gap or Fairfield, depending on what court document you look at, entered a plea today to a Class 3 felony Unlawful Possession of Meth, for which she'll serve 3 years.

That'll run concurrently with the Class 4 felony Driving While License Suspended count that she also took a plea to today, for which she's been sentenced to 3 years.

When she's released, she'll have to do a year of parole.

Charges dismissed in the plea included a misdemeanor count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and two civil cannabis charges.

Arrington must also pay fines and fees in the amount of $1,369, none of which have been paid.
