On August 10, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Penny D. Young, 37, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Battery. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10 percent). She posted bond and was released.
Aug. 10, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Brad L. Young, 42, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Aggravated Battery. Bond set at $50,000.00 (10 percent). He posted bond and was released.
Aug. 11, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Daisy Sherman, 21, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $15,000.00 (10 percent). Sherman also had a parole hold warrant, therefore, she was transported to Illinois Department of Corrections.
Aug. 12, a Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Lance Weaver, 35, Sailor Springs, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deceptive Practice. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
Aug. 13, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kristopher Blankenship, 38, Flora, for Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver 2.5 to 10 grams. He posted bond and was released.
Aug. 14, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Skylar J. Kerr, 22, Louisville, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Credit Card of Another. Bond set at $10,000.00 (10 percent), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
Aug. 14, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Mary D. Anthony, 41, Clay City, for Clay City Ordinance Dogs at Large. She was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court.
Aug. 14, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Tammie Vessechia, 56, Clay City, for Driving While Driver’s License Suspended. Vessechia was unable to post bond and is incarcerated in the Clay County Jail.
Aug. 15, Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Mary D. Anthony, 41, Clay City, for Clay City Ordinance Dogs at Large. She was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court.
