James Cartmill
CARMI, Ill. - Two people remained in custody this morning at the White County Jail following a domestic dispute reported, which lead to a meth arrest of one.
Carmi police report that the domestic call came in last night (Wednesday, August 9) at 9:32 p.m.
When police responded to a residence on the 500 block of North First Street, they found Rebecca L. Cartmill, 36, and James R. Cartmill, 38, allegedly involved in a domestic...as well as there being an active OP at play.
Both Cartmills were arrested for violating said OP, and upon arrest and presumably a search, Rebecca was also charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Mr. Cartmill was charged with Domestic Battery.
