FLORA, Ill. - Flora Police Chief John Nicholson has issued information on incidents his department handled last week and right up to Saturday, June 10. Here it is.
Wednesday, June 7 at 12:50 am, Jace Waldrop, 18, of Mill Shoals was issued a Citation for Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, following a traffic stop on West North Avenue.
Wednesday, June 7 at 2:56 pm, Flora Police arrested David Windle, 55, of Flora on a Clay County Warrant. Windle was taken to Flora Police Department before being transferred to Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Wednesday, June 7 at 10:47 pm, Zane Worthey, 19, of Flora was issued Local Ordinance Citations for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Cannabis, following an incident in the 200 block of East Second Street.
Thursday, June 8 at 3:15 am, Jonathon Persinger, 23, of Flora was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Disturbing the Peace, following an incident in the 300 block of East 4th Street.
Thursday, June 8 at 7:50 am, Richard Hoover, 49, of Flora was issued a Citation for Driving While License Suspended and a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on East North Avenue.
Thursday, June 8 at 12:50 pm, Flora Police investigated an accident involving a 2000 Ford, operated by Tasha Enriquez, 21, of Clay City and a 2014 GMC, operated by Blake Fitch, 21, of Flora. Enriquez was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed/Accident. No injuries were reported.
Saturday, June 10 at 7:30 am, Flora Police arrested Charles D Dulaney, 67, of Flora for Criminal Trespass to Real Property, following an incident in the 500 block of East 6th Street. Dulaney was transported to Flora Police Department for booking procedures. Dulaney posted the necessary bond and was released with a Notice to Appear.
Saturday, June 10 at 10:57 pm, Charles Colclasure, 34, of Flora was arrested for DUI, following a traffic stop on East 5th Street. Colclasure was also cited for Improper Turn, Expired Registration, Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Colclasure was transported to Flora Police Department for booking procedures and was then released with a court date.
