We decided that rather than call Rolin Rutledge back, we’d just let you dear readers hear it and maybe give him a call and explain how it is we’re allowed to use a mugshot as issued by the Clay County Sheriff’s Department via the Freedom of Information Act.
Court records show that Rolin is alleged by cops and authorities to be a huffer…which might account for the voice.
Yeah…they live among us….and they vote.
