ST. FRANCISVILLE, Ill.--A structure fire at the residence of St. Francisville's police chief earlier today has left damage, but no one was injured in the blaze.
Firefighters were called to the home of St. F's Police Chief Billy Darnell reportedly at about 2 p.m. today (we're working on the exact time) on a report of smoke coming from the structure.
While we don't have a report of exactly what was burning, the home was not engulfed in flame; units from Denison and Lawrence-Allison fire responded.
The residence is located at 419 North Ninth in St. F. There were no injuries reported.
