KNOX CO., Ind.--The first of three accused in the late April murder of a Vincennes man entered his plea in Knox County court this morning.
Robert Malone, 39, had an appearance in court this morning where his charges of Murder, Felony Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder were read...and to which he entered 'not guilty' pleas to each.
Christopher Melton, 55, was found dead of gunshot wounds to the head on the morning of Saturday, April 25, in his Vincennes home.
Two others charged in the death of Melton, Jack Harris, 55, of Oblong, and Robert Hutchinson, 36, of Lawrenceville, have their reading of charges tomorrow (Tuesday, May 12).
